Supplements/nutra: how to choose a product, write a compliant claim, and build an offer that can support a €25 CPA

Samuel Freitas · 2026-10-07

Nutra is the niche with the most money and the most bans. The three pillars:

1. choosing the product

2. COMPLIANT CLAIMS (Meta/Google/TikTok)

Prohibited: cure, treat, eliminate, lose X kg, body before/afters, promise results within a specific timeframe, name a disease as the target (“for diabetes”).
Allowed with the right structure: “helps maintain,” “supports comfort,” “feeling of lightness,” “self-care routine,” “formula with [ingredient] studied for…,” first-person testimonials with a disclaimer (“individual results may vary”).
A trick that works: put the pain point in the hook as a QUESTION (“Heavy legs at the end of the day?”), the promise in the mechanism (“natural lymphatic drainage”), and the result in the testimonial.
On the page: supplement disclaimer, not a substitute for treatment, consult a doctor. Without that, any report can get you shut down.

3. offer

Margin

White-label product cost in Europe: €4–9/unit (MOQ 500). Sell for €39–59. You need a gross margin ≥ 75% to support a €25 CPA + COD returns.

Supplier

Ask for: certificate of analysis, technical data sheet, notification registration in the country (Italy: Ministero della Salute; Poland: GIS). Without these, customs will hold the shipment and Merchant will suspend you.
