By creating an account or using FreeSpy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The service

FreeSpy organizes public ads from the Meta Ads Library and offers a community, content, AI agents, and a marketplace for members. The numbers shown, such as days active, copies, and ratings, are estimates calculated from public data. They do not guarantee sales results.

2. Your account

You are responsible for any activity carried out using your username, password, or linked Google account. Do not share access. Each person may have one account. Accounts created to manipulate referrals, rankings, or reviews may be suspended.

3. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the platform at scale or resell its data; post illegal content, scams, other people’s personal data, or material that infringes copyright; or use the platform to circumvent the law or harm consumers. The rules published in the community apply there, and moderators may remove content and suspend accounts.

4. Marketplace and protected payments

Sellers are responsible for what they list. For purchases with protected payments, the funds are held until delivery is confirmed or the team resolves the dispute. The platform charges a commission on sales. If you negotiate outside the platform to avoid its protection, you do so at your own risk.

5. Third-party content

Ads, brands, and creative assets displayed belong to their owners and appear here for analysis and reference purposes. To request removal, use the contact page.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for ad investment decisions, ad account blocks, or losses resulting from the use of information here. We are also not responsible for temporary outages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will notify you within the platform. Continuing to use FreeSpy after receiving notice means you accept the new version.
