How to warm up a farmed profile before making it a BM admin (7-day checklist)

New profile made a BM admin on day 1 = banned within 48h. Here’s what works for us:

Day 1–2: log in only through the antidetect browser (fixed fingerprint, residential proxy from the profile’s country), browse for 15–20 min, like posts, watch Reels. No ads.
Day 3: join 2–3 groups in the niche, comment on 1 post. Complete the profile (cover photo, city, work).
Day 4: create the fan page from the profile (not through the BM). Post 2 pieces of content.
Day 5: get added as an admin to an existing BM (don’t create a new one yet).
Day 6: create an ad account inside the BM, add a card, DO NOT publish.
Day 7: first engagement campaign, 5 USD/day, 48h. Only then launch the conversion campaign.

Golden rule: 1 profile = 1 proxy = 1 fingerprint, forever. Change the IP, change the profile.
