Weekly routine: Monday to Friday running 3 countries

Monday: numbers
Start the week by analyzing your campaign data. Break down the key metrics by country, such as:
- ROAS (Return on ad spend) – aim for at least 3:1.
- CPC (Cost per click) – ideally between R$0,50 and R$1,50.
- CTR (Click-through rate) – should be above 2% for effective campaigns.
- CPA (Cost per acquisition) – set a cap based on the product’s profit margin.
Analyze your campaigns’ weekend performance and compare it with the previous week’s average. If the numbers are below expectations, adjust your campaigns quickly.
Tuesday: creatives
Dedicate Tuesday to developing new creatives. Ideally, you should have at least 5 variations for each product. Focus on:
- A/B tests – create two versions to measure performance.
- Content style – use videos, images, and carousels.
- Messaging – test different calls to action (CTAs) and descriptions.
Use FreeSpy to find out which creatives are performing well in other ads. This can inspire new ideas.
Wednesday: countries
On Wednesday, analyze each country individually. Consider:
- Culture and seasonality – tailor your ads to each market.
- Targeting – check whether your targeting aligns with local consumer behavior.
- Competitor analysis – identify what’s working for competitors.
If a country isn’t performing well, consider adjusting the budget or even pausing campaigns.
Thursday: suppliers and cash flow
Set aside Thursday to review your suppliers and financial health. Do the following:
- Supplier evaluation – check delivery times and quality.
- Negotiation – look for better terms to reduce costs.
- Cash flow management – analyze inflows and outflows, making sure cash flow stays positive.
Make sure inventory is aligned with demand in each country.
Friday: cuts and planning
Wrap up the week by reviewing what isn’t working. If any campaign has a ROAS below 2:1, consider cutting its budget or pausing it. Make a plan for next week:
- Set clear goals – e.g., increase ROAS by 20%.
- Plan new creative and targeting tests.
- Set aside time for a weekly review and strategy adjustments.
